Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalized, resulting in varied processing times. Offering such a large catalog of unique jewelry pieces means that our production times will vary for each item. The best way to find out the expected delivery date of one of our pieces is to check on the individual product page to find it’s Shipping Estimate*. 

Here’s how, visit any product page and find the Estimated delivery date above the add to cart button:

If you’ve already completed a purchase, open your Order Confirmation email and click on the “View your order” button to see the status of each item in your order, along with an estimated delivery date.
